This policy establishes the acceptable use requirements for the AI capabilities provided through ChatbotCard. By using our AI features, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Permitted AI Uses

Answering customer questions.
Providing product and service information.
Lead generation and qualification.
Appointment scheduling.
Customer support automation.
Business education and marketing.

2. Prohibited AI Uses

Creating fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content.
Generating illegal, defamatory, hateful, or abusive material.
Impersonating individuals or organizations without authorization.
Creating malware, phishing content, or cyberattack instructions.
Violating intellectual property or privacy rights.
Using AI to harass, threaten, or exploit others.

3. Human Responsibility

Account owners remain solely responsible for all AI-generated content published or shared through their ChatbotCard account, regardless of how the content was generated.

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

We may investigate suspected misuse of our AI services and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy or applicable law.

5. Changes

We may revise this policy periodically to reflect legal, operational, or technological developments.
