ChatbotCard Affiliate & Referral Program Terms

Effective Date: August 2, 2026

These terms apply if Nyla Technologies LLC offers an Affiliate or Referral Program for ChatbotCard. Participation is optional and subject to approval.

1. Eligibility

Affiliates and referral partners must provide accurate registration information and comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

2. Approved Promotion Methods

Personal websites and blogs
Social media accounts
Email marketing that complies with applicable laws
Educational content, reviews, and demonstrations

3. Prohibited Activities

Spam or unsolicited messaging
False or misleading advertising
Trademark infringement or impersonation
Cookie stuffing or fraudulent referrals
Self-referrals unless expressly permitted

4. Referral Commissions

Commission rates, qualifying purchases, payment schedules, minimum payout amounts, and eligible products will be published separately. Commissions are earned only on qualifying completed transactions.

5. Withholding & Reversals

We may deny or reverse commissions for refunded purchases, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, duplicate accounts, policy violations, or other invalid referrals.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate participation in the Affiliate or Referral Program at any time for violations of these terms or suspected abuse.

7. Changes

We may modify or discontinue the Affiliate or Referral Program at any time. Continued participation after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
