This Data Retention Policy explains how Nyla Technologies LLC retains, archives, and deletes information collected through the ChatbotCard platform.

1. Purpose

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide our Services, fulfill contractual obligations, comply with applicable laws, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain platform security.

2. Information We May Retain

Account registration information
Business profiles and digital business cards
AI knowledge bases, uploaded PDFs, images, and media
Lead capture records and AI conversation logs
Orders, invoices, subscriptions, and payment records
Security, authentication, and audit logs
Customer support communications

3. Account Closure

If your account is closed or terminated, certain information may continue to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, security, backup, tax, or regulatory purposes where permitted or required by law.

4. Backups

Copies of information may remain in encrypted backup systems for a limited period before being automatically overwritten as part of normal backup rotation procedures.

5. Deletion Requests

Where permitted by applicable law, you may request deletion of your personal information. Some records cannot be deleted immediately if they must be retained to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements.

6. Data Minimization

We periodically review retained information and strive to retain only the information reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
