ChatbotCard Hardware Warranty

Effective Date: August 2, 2026

This Hardware Warranty applies to genuine ChatbotCard NFC business cards, NFC stickers, and related physical products sold by Nyla Technologies LLC or an authorized reseller.

1. Limited Warranty

We warrant that new ChatbotCard hardware will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal business use for 90 days from the date of delivery, unless a different warranty period is required by law or stated at the time of purchase.

2. What Is Covered

Manufacturing defects.
NFC chip failures under normal use.
Printing defects present upon delivery.
Physical defects caused during manufacturing.

3. What Is Not Covered

Normal wear and cosmetic scratches.
Loss, theft, or accidental damage.
Improper handling, abuse, or misuse.
Water, chemical, heat, or fire damage.
Damage caused by unauthorized modification.
Compatibility issues with unsupported devices.

4. Warranty Claims

To request warranty service, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs or videos demonstrating the problem. We may request that the product be returned for inspection before approving a replacement.

5. Remedy

If a valid warranty claim is approved, our sole obligation is, at our option, to repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable product, or issue a refund where required by applicable law.

6. Limitation

This limited warranty replaces all other warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Except where prohibited by law, all implied warranties are limited to the duration of this warranty.
