ChatbotCard products use Near Field Communication (NFC) technology to launch your digital business card. NFC support varies by device manufacturer, operating system, hardware model, software version, carrier restrictions, and user settings.
Most modern iPhone and Android smartphones support NFC. However, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every device, tablet, smartwatch, operating system version, or future hardware release.
NFC functionality may depend on device settings. Some Android devices require NFC to be enabled manually. Certain enterprise-managed or restricted devices may disable NFC functionality.
Every ChatbotCard includes a printed QR code that provides an alternative method for accessing your digital profile if NFC is unavailable or unsupported.
Nyla Technologies LLC does not manufacture mobile devices and is not responsible for hardware defects, operating system limitations, software updates, or manufacturer changes that affect NFC performance.
Because device capabilities continually evolve, ChatbotCard does not guarantee that NFC functionality will operate on every current or future device under all conditions.
