ChatbotCard User-Uploaded Knowledge Base & PDF Policy

This policy explains your responsibilities when uploading PDFs, documents, websites, images, FAQs, product information, and other content used to train your ChatbotCard AI assistant.

1. Ownership of Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you represent that you own it or have sufficient legal rights and permissions to use it.

2. Permitted Content

Company information
Product and service descriptions
Frequently asked questions
Marketing brochures
Training manuals
PDF documents
Images and videos
Publicly licensed material you are authorized to use

3. Prohibited Content

Copyrighted material without authorization
Confidential information you are not permitted to disclose
Malicious software or executable code
Illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or abusive material
Content that violates another person's intellectual property rights

4. AI Processing

Uploaded materials may be indexed, analyzed, and processed by ChatbotCard and authorized AI providers solely to provide AI responses and related functionality.

5. Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your uploaded knowledge current. AI responses are only as accurate as the information supplied to the system.

6. Removal

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to uploaded content that violates our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.
